Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
For all product in our shop, except used product and personalised or custom product, can ship back to as in 30 days of delivery, buyer pays for return shipping. Please make sure all items you received are returned in same condition, with same packaging and box. We refund for product only, not on any shipping costs.
Reimbursement will be given after product arrives.
If item is damaged while transportation, please contact us for shipping damages.
International buyers who refuse package because of customs fee or any other reason will be charged a 50% restocking fee and no shipping cost will refunded.
