There is a scratch on the side that is not visible when wearing it, as pictured. It will come with the charger, silicone band, the high quality nylon sports loop that matches the watch, a leather band I bought off of Amazon and a rose gold case protector. I will also ship them in apple cases, however they are not the cases they came in, they are from another watch we own.
