high quality Vintage rare Guy Georget doll print made for Air France in the 1960's. This collection of dolls, dressed in the colours of the French provinces, was a gift offered on board intercontinental flights.
They accompanied a series of menus whose cover, designed by Guy Georget, poster artist and illustrator, represented the traditional costumes worn in each region of France.
It was like having a little piece of France on board the Boeing 707, particularly on flights to North America.
This print is in excellent to perfect condition, the frame has some wear due to age and use.
