This is a full hand made mid century vintage sari, so you can either wrap yourself up in this decadent fabric, or use it for other decorating purposes. With 6 1/2 yards of 43" wide fabric a seamstress could work magic with this fabric. Or simply use it as a window treatment or drape over a valance pole to beautify a plain closet or wall. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination!!

The sari has been in constant use in the subcontinent of India for over 5000 years. In that time, there have been over 1000 ways to wrap this sari. Each section and town of India has its own way of wrapping the sari. And the number of links I just found on the FIRST page of my search left me not knowing which one to choose.
