This amazing textile is a vintage French work apron dating from the 1920s. ~ This apron has a lovely consistent indigo tone! This has a few small stains but is in otherwise great shape, ideal for a timeworn or artist's apron! The real winner on this apron is the very large pocket on the front, separated into two sections, ideal for holding cooking tools, paintbrushes, or more! Uniquely, this pocket sits closer to the waist than the chest, so it can act as a sort of tool belt if you so desire! ~*~ ~~*~ ~ Beautiful for daily use or hanging for decorative touch to any interior. A true textile treasure, ideal for any collection! ~*~
MEASUREMENTS : This gorgeous antique apron measures 38 inches at the high quality waist, not including the ties. It is 31 inches long.
CONDITION : This lovely textile is in as found, not freshly laundered condition. The ties are sewn in strongly, but the tie material is thiin and could be replaced if you wanted something sturdier. There are some small stains on the bottom of this piece and some fading but overall a lovely apron in sturdy usable condition, many years left in this beauty! ~*~
