Comes with the necessary items to work: - Googles - Processor high quality unit - Power supply - Camera with stand - mini USB cable - HDMI cable Also included: - Two move controllers, model CECH-ZCM2U (most recent model, with mini USB connector) - PSVR demo disc 3 This PSVR is compatible with PS5, but requires the adapter for HDMI. I believe it can either be ordered for free from Sony or bought separately online for around 10 bucks. It also may require a PS4 controller for a few games (as some games require tracking the light from the PS4 Dualshock 4, which is not there for Dualsense controller). The PSVR is not compatible with the PS5 camera, so the adapter aforementioned is required. Overall condition is pretty great. No tears, smells, cracks, dents, yellowing or any other issues.
