This is a Model 2 Sega CD high quality console being sold as "For parts —not working." Sold as is, the item pictured is the exact item you will receive. The piece under the lid that normally holds the disc in place is missing (see the third picture), and for this reason I was not able to test any games. On a positive note, the console DOES power on. I was able to hook it up to my model 1 Sega Genesis, and the main menu with the spinning Sega logo did appear. Please message me with any questions.
