This costume was made in China so it's the weird stretchy material but it's super light weight and doesn't get to hot. high quality It includes the following: Sailor outfit Front bow, back bow Gloves Shoe covers (fits up to size 9us women) Head band Wig with space buns Choker The size says xxxl but it fits like a XL usa women adult. I paid over $100 for this full cosplay looking to get back at least half of what I've spent on it. :).
