Comes with everything shown. Note, you'll need to buy rf cord separately. They're easy and cheap to get 3rd party. Even original are easy to find, fyi. Also, I did not test every game, just Mario/duck hunt to test the system. I cleaned both and it played first try. But I recommend thoroughly cleaning the rest with q tips and rubbing alcohol. Just don't press too hard. Gun works but high quality seems to miss targets more often than it should. I crossed out second controller, it's not included because the d pad is partially unresponsive. System/ controller slightly discolored.
