Vintage souvenir plaque plate Bahamas high quality signed fish

This vintage souvenir from the Bahamas has six large hand sculpted and hand painted fish along with coral, seaweed and smaller fish all in a raised ceramic plaque. It is suitable for hanging on a wall and has a small hole near the top that should be used gingerly to avoid further chipping. It measures 8.5 inches across and the raised fish are about an eighth to a quarter high quality inch above the surface. I can't quite make out the signature but this plaque was made in 1998. Colors in the plate include aqua, rose, yellow, amber, coral, green, brown and purple.
