A beautiful wood fired stoneware pitcher decorated with colored slip and an Oribe glaze. The sake pitcher was made on the potter's wheel and altered. This pitcher that holds 12 oz (354 ml). The pitcher is 6.25" h x 3.5" x 3.25" ( 15.9 cm h x 8.9 cm x 8.3 cm ) This pitcher is based on a traditional sake tokkuri, but it would be good for decanting and serving anything you want to drink in moderation.
My pottery is food and top rack dishwasher safe. Hand washing artisan high quality pottery is the safest way to clean them.
This sake set was fired in an anagama kiln with pine for 3 days.
This sake set will be shipped using USPS ground service. I'll ship within a week of purchase. I'll also notify the buyer after I ship the pottery, and provide a tracking number.
