I'm always drawn to hayfields. There is something about them that just appeals to the artist in me, and so I love to paint them. A white barn sits in the far background, somewhere to store hay, and behind the barn is foliage and trees, summery-green. Big white cumulus clouds hover overhead, and you can even sense that they hold some rain in them. A tree stands on the left side with a round bale of hay underneath. The bales are scattered around, with some stacked. This painting is on a gesso board with high quality 3/4-inch painted edges, a continuation of the scene, so no frame is necessary! When you purchase this original painting, it is ready to hang.
