Vintage Mid Century-1980's black ceramic Modernism Male and Female.
9 1/4” - 9.5” Tall x 5”- 5 1/2” wide.
One has a sticker on bottom reads
Especially for Sophia Ann
Made in Taiwan

There are places in the glaze that show defects. The top of the head high quality on the male shows a spot in the glaze.
The bottom of one shows a small crack from one of the holes that happened in the kiln. See pictures.
These are really cool pieces that are hard to find in this condition.
I am not a vintage ceramic collector or specialist. I just appreciate the era.
