Wow are these incredible! This is a beautiful, pair of vintage, handmade, Taxco malachite and sterling silver earrings that were handmade and purchased in Taxco, Mexico.

The earrings are rectangular with the malachite expertly inlaid in black resin and sterling silver. The sterling silver design on them gives them an Aztec feel. Very pretty.

The earrings measure nearly 1" by 3/8”. The posts are 1/2" in length.

They weigh about 9.8 grams. The earrings are stamped TA-91 MEXICO, which is the registration number and hallmark of the Taxco artisan who handmade them.
