Fabulous pendant necklace signed ART. Made with a large rectangular pendant that is enameled with an high quality openwork flower and bird motif, a dragon sits atop the pendant with a bright shiny gold plating.
The entire pendant is suspended fro a 22" fancy look chain, also gold plated, however, there are some spots where the plating has worn.
