This house is in very good condition. The only defects noted were a small chip on the roof by the chimney and yellowing of the glue at the base of reindeers (due to age). Adapter for the lights was tested and works. The styrofoam has a piece that came apart and was taped on. Sleeve has wear and tear, especially at corners and bottom edge high quality.
