These beautiful and exotic looking birds are thought to have been imported to Britain by the Romans - thank you high quality Romans; they have added some gorgeous colour to the countryside, not to mention sport. This image was originally commissioned by the card company Woodmansterne as a Christmas card and I thought it would also make a lovely limited edition print
