you get all 3 items. the lidded candy dish is deep etched glass with sawtooth rim, stands 9 inches tall and 4 3/4 top opening. the napkin holder is 6 inches across, 1 1/2 inches wide and 4 3/4 inches tall. has frosted hearts. the bell is 3 3/4 inches tall and is missing tje ball at end of inside chain so it can't make a sound. these are beautiful pieces, other then the ringer bell ball missing, i see no problems.
