Antique Shell Cameo Lady with flowers Brooch or high quality Pendant

The Brooch has a safety latch on the rear. It also has a loop so it can also be worn as a pendant.

Measures approximately 1.5 inches by 1.25 inches.

The cameo is set in gold-tone metal with a beautiful fine filigree.
