80’s Vintage Strapless Ruffled high quality Tiered Skirt By Next Era Couture Vintage Size Large (Size Medium in today’s sizing)

1980s vintage tiered strapless dress with polka dot mesh and Pom Pom trim. Excellent condition. Zips up in back. If you feel more comfortable add your own straps. It would be easy. Marked a vintage size large I think it's more like a medium in today's sizing. The top is a bustier style outlined in black trim. This could be a fun summer party dress. The ruched top in back makes it easier to adjust to different sizes. The bust is 28 inches flat to 33 inches stretched. I don't know if it can stretch to 34. I think 33 or under is preferred. The waist is about 30 inches. The hip is about 20 inches across (40 inches! I think the skirt could still look cool high quality oversized if you are thinner but the bust should be fitted. This is a very 80's type look. Wear it with black strappy sandal heels or with so many other shoes. Put a baby tee under if you want a more modest look. Great for an 80's theme event or video.
