Product code: Antique primitive high quality wooden candle box/ document box with lock
Beautiful antique wooden primitive candle box/ document box with lock. It is in great shape for its age. I was told it is from a old farmhouse in Ohio. It is 13 1/2 inches long, 10 inches tall (at the highest point) and width is 9 inches. It has both dove tail and finger joints. Old square nails hold the bottom on and it appears the top is square nails also. The hinge appears newer than the box. The lock and key are old and lock is working condition. And yes, it still has the key. In high quality wonderful shape for its age. It once had a divider, but was removed way before I bought it. Please review pictures closely for condition. thanks !.
