I put on little splotches and speckles, make them a tidbit lopsided, and add other small imperfection so that each berry or leaf is unique. This makes them look much more real.Process and Materials:These glass plum and leaf beads are individually handmade by me fa m colored glass rods and powders in the flame of a torch. For the plum I melt the glass directly onto a piece of 20 gauge copper wire, which becomes the "stem" of the fruit. The surface color is made by melting in several coats of powdered glass.
