CHARLES JOURDAN (1883-1976) created with his wife his shoe house in 1921 in the DROME. They invent the luxury ready-to-shoe. In the 1950s their 3 sons René, Roland and Charles took over and also developed leather goods, accessories and jewelry. But in high quality the 1970s their disagreements allowed the American GENESCO to take the majority, then in the 1980s they sold to a Swiss group.
My passion for jewelry made me want to rehabilitate it. So I decided to recover the damaged jewelry, then: to clean it, to check the fasteners, to redo the collages, to tighten the crimps, to replace the lost stones, to straighten what had suffered, to polish what was tarnished.
In short, to give them a second life.
These restored jewels will be sent to you, like my creations, with a small purse knitted by hand to allow you to offer them elegantly or protect them when you take them on a trip.
Warning: remember to remove your jewelry before any contact with water or detergent.
My restored jewelry is antique and therefore all show patinas or wear due to their age.
