Neo classic Crystal & Brass high quality Table Lamp w/Shade 33 in tall (Maitland Smith ?)

I mentioned "Maitland Smith" because i found that this form of finial is used in Maitland Smith lamps.
In excellent condition except on the original lamp shade is some stain (as seen in the last picture).
