This rare Rover Beanie Baby has many, many errors making it extremely rare and hard to find.

Rover has the PA. 1965 (KR) meaning it was part of the Korean market and has a rare origin of Fareham, Hants. Making it only one of a very few. Another error on the tag is that the tag says it contains P.V.C. pellets which was switched to P.E.

Another error is that the tag uses a period rather than a coma after the state and country it is made in. This toy was handmade in China and includes the Deutschland wording on the hangtag . This Beanie also has a red star on the bottom tag beside the TY Logo which makes it extremely rare for a P.V.C. Beanie.
