VINTAGE DELFT BLUE TILE - Vase of flowers

A lovely reclaimed vintage hand painted Delft tile depicting a vase with flowers. Blue on a pale grey-blue tinted background. A vintage reproduction of a 17th or 18th Century pattern. As well as wall tiles, these make great coasters if some felt is glued to the reverse.

Age: early to mid 20th century

Condition: Good, remains of cement on the back, some scratches to the front and some wear to the glaze around the edges.

Size: 12.3 cm square (4 ⅞ in), 1 cm thick (⅜ in) including cement or 0.8 cm (¼ in) where there in no cement
Weight: 275 g (9.7 oz)
