Modernist geometric handmade sterling silver brooch | Salvador Dali style Wolff high quality artist pin | hourglass woman shaped silver pin

Wonderful in design and craftsmanship - a modernist Sterling silver brooch made by the maker Wolff. This has a very Salvador Dali feeling to it, and is reminiscent of the woman's form in abstract. It has great depth, with the inside of the pin sitting lower than the external border.

HISTORY:
A modern handmade pin, by the artist Wolff. We've been unable to find information on this artist, but clearly s/he is/was an established bench jeweler based on the craftsmanship of the pin.

SIZE:
Measures 1 3/4" long by 7/8" at its widest width. It measures a bit over 1/8" in thickness, although that is the exterior "wall" of the pin - the pin is actually dimensional, where the inside of pin sits lower than the outer wall.

MATERIALS:
Solid sterling silver

CONDITION:
Near perfect. Very very scratches, and the pin mechanism works really well. This is a very well made artisan pin.
