Hand painted original work of art - portrait of a woman in a pink dress. high quality She is auburn haired and green eyed, looking serenely near the artist.

Work is unsigned and undated, so she is a lady of mystery for sure! Collected recently. Painted on Art board. Paint is probably acrylic, but I really have no idea. It has a bit of gloss to the finish, which makes me think acrylics.

She is done in a realistic manner, and is a pretty lady. She might have been tall and thin, as she has a lovely long neck. Unframed, but would be beautiful in a lovely frame. Back of the board is brown with a price tag for the board of $2.09 and label reads "Est. Geo.S Snyder, Inc." I'm guessing that is the establishment that sold the board....and since they used price tags, the board is old, and pre-digital. Don't know when it was painted however. Another portrait collected at the same time was done in 1990, so I'm guessing this is about the same vintage.

Collected in New Castle, DE, USA. Unsigned, undated, unframed, untitled. But a beautiful portrait for your wall. Do you collect portraits of lovely ladies??
