The sleeves can be high quality worn on or off the shoulders. The Peasant Dress has a a standard zipper with a full circle skirt and SUPER deep pockets. The skirt sweep is very similar to our Vacation dress so it will not overwhelm your frame with too much gathered fabric. Belt not included.
