Lamp Shade Antique c.1910 Edwardian Molded & Shaded Golden Yellow Glass Czech high quality Coloured Glass Bead Fringe Miniature Size For Small Lamp

This is an interesting antique Edwardian lamp shade dating from c.1910-1920. It's a molded glass shade meant to mimic pleated fabric, with a "rope" edge top and bottom. The glass is milk glass, with a painted shaded golden yellow finish on the outside, and a dark brown on the rope design.
There is a hole in the top. The bottom edge has a beaded fringe. This is mounted on a narrow fabric tape glued to the inside bottom edge. The fringe includes press-molded faceted beads in golden yellow, yellow, clear, green and pink, as well as seed beads, tubular golden yellow beads of satin glass, and droplets of golden yellow glass shaped like flowers.

The hole at the top measures 1 1/8". The shade measures 3 1/2" across the bottom. It's approximately 2 3/4" high. The fringe is approximately 5" long.

The condition is good with a few flaws. The opening at the top is a little rough with a few small chips inside only, it is possible that there was a rim which fitted here. Light wear to the coloured finish on the milk glass. There are a few strands of bead fringe missing.

This was photographed sitting on an antique bud vase which is not included, such vases are fairly common and you could probably find one at the thrift store if desired for display. This listing is for the fringed shade and beads only, it's not a complete lamp. Of course, if you have the ideal miniature, boudoir or small small type of lamp this would be ideal!
