High quality Lg Painted Cast Iron Doorstop Nat Foundry Vintage Pink Flower POSY Basket Bookend Paperweight VICTORIAN Front Door Antique English Cottage

Vintage heavy cast iron ages flawlessly. This 1930's National Foundry painted flower basket, most likely imitating an English posy basket, is the perfect bookend, (front) doorstop or paper weight. Unlike repro pieces made, this one has NO pitting or grinding marks. It is numbered on the lower inside middle section, and the finish is smooth (from the detailed manufacturing process). The original paint has very few "age spots" and there is a felted pad on the bottom for non-scratching purposes. Due to weight I will have to mail this FLAT rate shipping in a box.

SIZE: 7 1/4" tall x 5 1/4" wide x 1 1/2" deep

CONDITION: as mentioned above, it's in EXCELLENT condition. It lays flat & even, there are no rough edges, pitting or chipping and the paint, which appears to be the original, is not flaking or faded.
