This is a beautiful estate find. Framed portrait from 1914. Gorgeous young woman in a hat with a rose. I believe this to be the original frame. Like pencil marks can be seen with a loop. It measures approximately 14” x 12”. The frame is partially wood and some other type of celluloid material. It's cracked at the corners. It has a bunch of scratches. The back of the frame has a sticker that reads George B Peck Fine Art Department. Kansas City, Missouri. I researched this and found that this building use to be a department store in the shopping area known as Petticoat Lane Please view the photos. It's signed by the artist and dated.
