This is Lionel 6-12045 036 Remote Left-Hand Switch from 2005. IT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND EVEN INCLUDES THE OWNER'S MANUAL. THE BOX, HOWEVER, DOES SHOW LOTS OF WEAR. ZOOM IN TO SEE THE BOX. The photos actually look worse than the box does in high quality person. My son-in-law is getting rid of all of his trains and has given them to me to sell.
