It's three-dimensional, with slightly raised textures and an 'ice princess' design featuring hues of blue and green melting into one another, with glinting silver and white frost accents. Perfect high quality for a masquerade party, cosplay, ritual wear, and more. It has silver satin ribbon ties and measures 9.25" wide x 4.5" at its tallest. I hung it on the wall, so it's never been worn and only been minimally handled.
