NEW OLD STOCK Mid Century high quality Copper Watering Can by Forzani Milano, Made in Italy circa 1960s

A never-used, mid-century, Italian copper watering can. This gorgeous watering can is bright and shiny and completely watertight. It is beautiful and wonderfully shaped, the clean lines and angles give the watering can a modern look. The watering can is copper with the interior glazed in aluminium.

Forzani was an Italian company specialising in high-quality, decorative items for the home. This piece has never been used, and the original manufacturer swing tag is still in place.

This watering can is a perfect for watering smaller potted plants and cactuses.

❖Condition: I would say that the watering can is in nearly new condition. It has not been used but due to its age and long storage, there are some specks of black on the copper. There is a protective glaze on the copper which has allowed the copper to remain shiny and bright. The black specks can be best seen in photo 10. Also where the handle is joined to the body, there is blackening of the copper, also best seen in photo 10.
Please note that I use strong lighting to help highlight the maximum amount of detail of each piece. As each piece is bathed in such strong lighting conditions, the on-screen effect will possibly make the item appear lighter in colour and tone. Your piece may look slightly darker in more natural lighting conditions.
