Handles were replaced by previous owner so no date code. Vachetta has been dyed black for a more modern look. Canvas is in great condition, pull tab and lock tab were glued back together before being painted. It is still a usable bag, or could be used for repurposing. I do have an organizer insert I will ship also. Bag high quality is vintage from the 90's.
