This is a stunning vintage Fenton high quality Peach Crest 8-Inch Double Crimped Ruffled Vase, with mold No.192. The Peach Crest style was created by adding a clear glass rim to Fenton's earlier Peach Blo, resulting in a pink interior with a layer of white glass over it. The vase has a double crimped ruffled edge with a clear glass crest and is often referred to as a Melon Vase due to its bulbous base. It's perfect for holding a large bouquet and is a rare find in this larger size, measuring 8-1/2 inches tall, 5-3/4 inches across the ruffled rim, and 6 inches in diameter at its widest. The tapered opening is 3 inches in diameter at the top. This color treatment was made by Fenton Glass from 1942 to 1949 and there is no mark.
