The only flaw on this piece is that it's missing 1 high quality of its 3 signs, the “Cutting Room” sign which is supposed to go on the front right side of the building. Other than the missing sign, the building is in excellent condition with no damage noted. Light cord included. The styrofoam is holder is missing it's top part and the sleeve is in poor condition.
