This set is high quality complete and in great condition. There is no broken pieces and it includes Polly and Diver the otter. There is no discoloration and there is no chipped off paint on the compact nor the figures and pieces. The figure is not wobbly. (Fun Fact: This is the Mattel Version. If I am correct, Mattel's version of Jeweled Sea has the gem glued inside the compact so you cannot remove it.) Please carefully look at the pictures as the pictures matches the description.
