Quistgaard Large CORDIAL teapot - high quality 1960s Kronjyden - IHQ - Danish design - Embossed grey heart pottery. Nordic design / Denmark.

This elegant teapot is from the CORDIAL line of Jens Harald Quistgaards (IHQ) design. He is also famous for having designed the amazing RELIEF, AZUR and UMBRA lines.
The Cordial line was produced by Kronjyden / Nissen in the 1960s and later by Bing & Grøndahl. A great example of danish ceramic design.

Decorated with a stunning embossed pattern in the shape of hearts.
This teapot is stamped with the early Nissen logo!

Condition:
Great vintage condition, well cared for, but there is a chip on the tip of the spout. Luckily the chip is in the area where the glaze is pretty dark, so it is not so conspicuous. Please study photos. No cracks or crazing.
