Porcelain cup and saucer by Noritake China, Nippon (Japan), 1911 - 1921.

Spectacular trio of cups and saucers, hand painted with delicate floral medallions in black band and accented with gold. These cups are marked with Morimura Brothers green M in wreath mark and Nippon, used between 1911 and 1921. The cup measures 3 1/2" in diameter, the saucer measures 5 1/2" in diameter.

There are no signs of physical damage to any piece in this set. Two of the cups show wear to the gold on the handles only.

What an incredible set of cups and saucers, a beautiful addition to any collection of period porcelain.
