SILVER 925:
also called sterling silver contains at least
92.5% Silver, supplemented by 7.5% other metals, mostly copper.
The pure silver being very malleable, it is this silver and copper alloy
which gives the material the robustness necessary for the making of jewellery.

LES SAPHIRS/
Sapphires are made up of aluminum oxide crystals (Al2O3) containing impurities
(oxides) in traces that give them their color (titanium and iron for blue, vanadium for purple,
chrome for pink, iron high quality for yellow and green). The color is due to the appearance of levels
inside the prohibited band of corindon, due to the presence of impurities.
These levels change the emission and absorption spectra of the material and therefore its colour

Blue sapphire deposits are found in many countries, however, in its native state, this
stone is mainly present in tropical wetlands. It is found mainly
Madagascar (Ilakaka deposit), Sri Lanka and Burma, but also in China,
India, Brazil, Thailand and Africa.
