Perfect ropes. I'm trying the 3lb and the speed rope so these high quality become redundant. But I went from 230 to 190 in the 5 months using them. My only rookie mistake was not using a mat, definitely borrow your GFs yoga mat to lessen the impact. The handles are heavy and well constructed for heavier ropes. I can throw in the 3 month programs in a usb if you want. Medium 8.6 ft.
