In excellent condition, box has slight warping due to old age. Has been opened high quality but not damaged since the cardboard just slides out of the plastic. Back of the box has yellow marks from old tape. Figures are in great condition, and are both about an inch tall. The packaging is 7 inches tall. Pretty sure this is very rare, since i've never seen it pop up on eBay or anything.
