Vintage Brass Necklace with Topaz Colored Stone high quality Art Nouveau Style

This may be an Art Nouveau necklace, early 1900s, but I've never seen one with beading. The necklace is brass. The stone high quality may be topaz, it's definitely the right color. Since I don't know, I'm pricing it like it's not a topaz. It's a thing of beauty whether it Art Nouveau or 1940s. The necklace can be adjusted at two lengths, 18 or 23 inches. Excellent condition.
