Unique Vintage Silver Seahorse hinged cuff bangle high quality bracelet

Super unique and gorgeous silver seahorse hinged bracelet. I'm not sure if it's real silver but it's old and has kept up its appearance as well as has some weight to it that says to me it's very well made.
