This hard-to-find Rosenthal Studio Line "Kalimera in Greece" Lidded Dish is made by Brigitte Doege and is from Germany. It is from her Collection box for travel impressions No. 9 Series. Hand painted and decorated in a Greek theme. The lid has Greek ruins and foliage and the base has a beautiful city scene. The inside bottom has a lovely painted mountain goat with a yellow bell around its neck. Signed by the artist on the bottom along with the Rosenthal Studio-linie Germany mark and the words: Sammeldose Reiseimpressionen Nr. 9 (Collection box for travel impressions No. 9) "Kalimera In Grece" Design: Brigitte Doege.
