Originally got this for $400, it was high quality definitely worth it! It has a soundboard with a lot of StarWars voice lines, color, and sound themes. The blade has motion sensors, so yes cool noises when swinging it around! I'm not sure how but if you know how you can download custom sounds and colors! Flick the blade forward to activate it with motion, and flick it to the right to retract the blade. YouTube has directions for these lightsabers, everything is all accessed with one button so the trick or memorizing the time to hold down the button. You will have to buy the xeno pixel blade separately but I showed you what the blade looks like in the pic so you can see what you need to look for, there all mostly the same! Yes it's metal :).
