Wild Dogwood Flower Wallet


Handcrafted from veggie tanned leather. I hand tooled a flower design to decor the front and back of the wallet. I dyed the leather in a shade of a burgundy brown. Then assembled by hand stitching the leather pieces together. Two snaps close the wallet. Leather is conditioned and sealed. Finished with a buff.

Measures 7 3/4 x 3 1/3 inches when closed. Has 6 pockets for credit cards plus 1 longer pockets for bills or other important stuff.

Note-
Please remember leather is a unique medium to work with. It is a natural product, so no two pieces of leather are alike. There are many attributes that can give each piece its own character. An item can sometimes have textures, nicks, scars, wrinkles and/or folds. The way dye takes to one piece may be very different on another. All these things add to the beauty, that is leather.

Leather Care-
Leather is a natural product and is not waterproof. I do seal my pieces with a water-resistant vanish that will keep it safe from the occasional drop of water but be aware that prolonged high quality water exposure will cause damage and will eventually break down the leather. Please wipe off any moisture immediately. Do not immerse in water. To prolonged the life of leather it can be resealed a leather conditioner periodically.
