Vintage Sterling Silver high quality open / Split Bangle with Blow Fish ends signed Ja

Here is a unique bracelet from the 1970's....a solid sterling silver split bangle with a Blow Fish on each end. These split bangles were very popular in the 70's and most often come from the Pacific or Caribbean islands. Sometimes called slave bracelets. It is hallmarked sterling on the inside of the bangle (see pic) and signed by the artist Ja (see pic). It is adjustable but has a 9 in circumference right now. I have collected these bracelets for many years but these are the first Blow Fish I have seen...very unique. A very collectible item from the 1970's because high quality of the variety of ends that were available and they are nice to stack.
